1. Perishable Goods (Food & Drink)
Due to the nature of our products, fresh food and cooked meals cannot be returned. However, if there is an issue with your order (e.g., incorrect item, quality concerns, or missing items), please notify us within 2 hours of receipt.
2. Cancellations

On-demand Orders: Cancellations must be made within 5 minutes of placing the order. Once the kitchen has started preparation, we cannot offer a refund.

Catering Orders: Cancellations must be made at least 96 hours in advance for a full refund.
3. Refunds If a refund is approved due to an error on our part, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
